Great hotel, I really liked everything! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and most importantly - very friendly owners. Very good location: the sea, shops, restaurants and everything you need are very close. In our opinion, one of the best places in Kobuleti! Thank you for the warm welcome and wonderful holiday! We'll be happy to come back again! ️

I liked everything, we had a family vacation at the end of July - beginning of August 2026, clean, comfortable, decent hosts, excellent location, if I go to Georgia again, I will try to rent a room in this house. Thank you for your welcome, I hope to see you again!

There are no downsides to the accommodation, but we were a little unlucky with the weather, but that’s a matter of chance.
